Travel Chaotically! - Paris 3 Les Halles

After our beautiful Louvre adventure, we took the metro to Les Halles....

Wandering through the market!

If only we would learn from children!!!

Lovely!

Time for lunch!

Then we were down to the Seine via Pont Neuf for boat tour!

We learned that Pont Neuf (the oldest standing bridge in Paris) was built despite criticism by some of the City Council members, whose objections were memorialized via their faces on the bridge itself by the builders/artisans!!!

A lovely view of the Eiffle Tower from the Seine!

We've learned that travel along a water way through a city (London, Chicago) can be a lovely way to experience the city from a whole other perspective!

The Notre Dame!

I told B that it looked as though we were going to be in for a great sunset!!  But, he said, "No.  The proper conditions are not in place."

Silly, boy!!!

Pont Neuf, on the Seine in Paris, together = the PERFECT conditions - for EVERYTHING!!!
Thanks, Paris!!! ~ les
